BT Line faults can be very expensive if BT send an Openreach engineer and they find the fault lies either with internal wiring or with your equipment. Advance Networks provide a fault diognosis service on BT lines. If the fault is BT Network side we will provide a report to be passed onto BT enabling them to fix, and if the fault is equipment related or customer wiring side we will repair at less than half the price of what BT charge.

ADSL Broadband may be runnung slow due to various factors, including poor wiring, faulty equipemnt, or other factors contributing to a slow service. We provide an ADSL Booster service that tests your ADSL service & equipment, and if possible enhances the broadband service, by improving your existing connections that may include installing an ADSL iplate.
